A little about me

Currently working as a UX Engineer.

My journey into design, however, started somewhere else.

Childhood

I’ve always been a little obsessed with making things.

Draw something. Build something. Take a photo. Make it look better. Take it apart. Try again. I was always curious about how things were made and, more importantly, how I could make them better.

How I got into design

I got into photography and editing back in Class 10, which was probably my first real introduction to creating things digitally. Years later, during the pandemic, I discovered UI/UX design and started experimenting with interfaces.

Since then, I’ve worked across agencies and product teams, designing digital products across transportation, logistics, SaaS, and enterprise.

Beyond design

Outside of work, I like exploring new places, taking photos, and playing cricket whenever I get the chance.

Today, I enjoy moving between product thinking, design, and engineering sometimes designing, sometimes building, and often figuring out where one ends and the other begins.

Life beyond design

A night-time selfie beside a lit ferris wheel
A lantern and a hanging chair under a tree at night
Standing in a carved temple doorway
A lakeside promenade strung with lights after dark
Sitting on a rocky hilltop in the mist
A candlelit restaurant on the sand at night
Feet up in tall grass above the sea at sunset
Snow-capped peaks seen from an aeroplane window
Tandem paragliding above a mountain lake
Speaking into a microphone at an indoor meet-up
